It won't happen at HW as Clemelo can't weight bully a HW.. I could see this happening a CW, Wilder has said he would fight down there and he could get under 200 but he would lose some of his power as he would need to be losing muscle mass given how leans he is at 209. Wilder with out power would be a interesting match up for a fully roided Clemelo who I'd reckon would put on a clinic against a guy who has lost his most potient weapon..
