Fecksake we all boxed what difference does it make. I like AJ, I like him a lot. His skills and conditioning are very limited but he makes up for it with other attributes. The TUE is common knowledge everyone in the boxing world knows about it. He is the most protected man in boxing, go back to his amateur days even, he was gifted two decisions in the Olympics. Hes worth a fortune to boxing. Are you telling me that when the likes of Povetkin, Miller and Whyte are caught for PEDs (Fury also, but another thats not spoken about much) that AJ that piled on about 30 pound of complete muscle is clean ? As in doesn't use performance enhancing drugs ? Insanity

Over the course of three plus years thats easily doable for a full time professional athlete ! Im not saying the TUE thing didnt happen im saying 1) i need evidence of it before i say ok 2) TUE are called TUEs for a reason and a doctor and the board have to approve first. Protected ? In what sense ? The hardcores have predicted his demise every time he has fought someone have decent ! Lol yes i agree he got a couple of gifts in the olympics.

You can't add 30 pounds of muscle in 3 years, it's physically impossible naturally even more so for Joshua has been lifting for years so would've had his newbie gains years ago

It's actual science it's impossible! Don't get how people don't understand this, it is impossible without supplementing substances and at that quite a lot of them for prolonged periods

The fact you boxed for 15 years does not mean for a second you know anything about nutrition.

I know body builders whose nutrition knowledge is diabolical.

To clarify, it is impossible to add 30lb of lean mass in 3 years for an already well trained athlete, without the use of PEDs. This isn’t up for debate, it’s just not possible. Especially as AJ is in a sport which requires a high level of cardio, limiting muscle growth.

I’m not anti AJ, I’m a fan. This is literally just common sense, for people who have it, obviously.

Of course it is. He could easily add some pounds of fat to a 6ft 6 frame without it being obvious. He probably gained some fat and muscle. A few percent body fat spread over that long body will not stand out.

Yes his weight from 2014 was 242 and he was his heaviest against takam at 254 in 2017, so even if he weighed 222 in 2012 its 5 years

You always put some fat on with muscle it is science. Like I said on somebody so tall you just will not notice a little bit of fat increase.
