You're right he outboxed mikey which no one thought he would do. He showed a new wrinkle to his game. Thurman outlanded pac in power punches and busted him up. Spence with his commitment to the body and his much better punch selection than Thurman beats pac down especially in the second half of the fight where the investment to the body will pay off.
Everyone knew the the fight would go one of two ways: Spence walks Mikey down and KOs him. Or Spence uses his physical attributes to keep Mikey at bay, which he did. Mikey literally gave Spence NOTHING to worry about. Mikey was a statue w/ slow handspeed and basic textbook punches. Pac is a different animal.
Spence decisions pac in my opinion But I want to see how strong Spence really is against porter I'm looking forward to seeing if spences power matches what its said to be . Or maybe it's all hype I'm looking forward to Spence-porter before Spence Pacquiao
Wow... I actually feel like Spence would absolutely massacre Pac. I don't even see it being close. I guess I just don't see what you guys do \_(``,)_/
Honestly he could beat Spence even at this age if his gas tank isn't so bad now. In the Thurman fight Pac was starting to gas as early as the 4th round.
Pac slowed down in his fight against Thurman. Spence relentless pressure would surely gas out Pac, and we know Spence gets stronger and stronger as the rounds goes by. Spence body attack would put Pac down. Pac can't fight on the inside. Spence to big and too strong for Pac. I think Freddie throws in the towel not wanting Pac to be badly hurt. This not a prime Pac folks.
Not sure, I'll have to think about this one for a while. But, Spence is nothing special, and has nothing for Pacman that he hasn't already seen before. My one and only concern would be the size disparity, but Manny hits hard enough, he may be able to negate that by giving Spence something to think about. Also Spence does not like being hit, he's no Antonio Margarito that would mindlessly plod forward eating shots.
