Funny at the pre-fight weigh-in Oscar had talked a lot of crap about Fernando (they both did about each other), but he did acknowledge that Fernando was in excellent condition and 'ripped' for once in his career. He never approached that condition again.
Nothing about him suggests he's on PEDs. Boxers on PEDs are usually fiercely and openly competitive and eager to win at any cost, often with some major downside to their personality that they fill with illicit substances; c.f. every boxer caught using PEDs.

He could well be roiding, as the common theme on here is to accuse the ripped heavies of being on roids, yet these are the actual pro athletes who take their job seriously and are generally gym rats. Note that the guys getting caught are almost always generally the out of shape chunks who want to take a shortcut. I'm more suspicious of the more rotund fighters roiding these days than I am of the body beautiful ones. Strange that at the lower weight classes the guys there generally dont arouse as much suspicion. I mean if Tim Bradley was a heavyweight, he'd have 100% been accused of being a roid monster.
