He's the only 8 division world champion in boxing history, and his resume is absolutely insane.

Has he done enough to be considered a top 10 ATG?

Nope. Resume insane on paper yes but his wins over delahoya, cotton margarito and hatton in retrospect are not great considering they were all drained or washed or coming off a defeat

    No.
And this is not because Pac's accomplishments are not enough, there are simply more accomplished boxers in the history of the sport.
You can blame it on the sport becoming more of a show more than a gladiator's den.
Pac's jumping of weight classes will never be replicated ever again. That's the impressive part of his resume. Right now he is building another legacy off of being the oldest WW champ in history. He beats Spence, I'd probably sign him in the top 20.
But his best wins are simply behind the best wins of the top 10 greats. Think about Ali. Think about SRR and Armstrong. SRL. Just too much of great wins.

    Yes, imo right behind Mayweather.

Best since Leonard the way I see it.
    Surpassed Lennox Lewis

8 division champ is only attainable for small fighters so it's not as big a factor for me but still impressive. A few were at catchweights. "Pac has to better than Ali cuz Ali only won 1 division". FWIW, I think RJJ fighting from middleweight to HW is more impressive. Those guys hit much, much harder and a division isn't a mere 3-4 pound difference.

His resume is good yes, but names doesn't the tell the whole story. I'm sure others will explain.

Top 10 ATG? Maybe not. ATG for sure.

Nah, too many losses. I'd put him 13 to 20.

He’ll easily be talked about top 10 of all time when the dust has settled. His resume is insane.

Paquiao has a better resume than Ali.
He's top 10 whether some nostalgics like it or not. And btw, I'm not a big fan of his, but at the same time I'm not blind to the truth.

So were some of the opponents Ali beat.
Archie Moore was 46 years old.
Liston by all accounts was around 40 years old. He underestimated Ali and barely trained for the first fight, plus he had a shoulder injury. And he took a dive in the second.
Floyd Patterson was never a proper HW size wise and he had an injured back going into the Ali fight.
Frazier beat Ali when both were closest to their prime.
Norton was never that great of a boxer, he's overrated just cause he beat Ali.
Shavers is just a puncher, lacked stamina and skill. And even his punching power is grossly overrated.
Foreman is the only good win on Ali's resume. But despite the fact that Foreman was in his prime, he wasn't a very skilled boxer and was very slow. He was like a 70's Wilder.
