 Jesus Christ klompton, calm down.

See this thing about Foreman's people paying rankings organisations off to rank people, is that something you ran into yourself, or is that something that there's evidence out there for?

And who were they paying, was it the magazines or the ABCs?

And also remember that pryor to the KO Moorer had his gloves up and was coming at Foreman and trading with him... Then Georgy lands that right that buzzes Moorer a bit causing him to back up drop his gloves and reset, then the KO punch comes immediately after that

How much would Foreman have had to pay Moorer to lay down? There was no last minute shift of odds so no big coup was made there.

Foreman- Moorer was a legit KO clearly. The punch had Foreman's full weight behind it and mangled Moorers mouth. You don’t need to be a fanboy to see that ffs.

A better example of a total fraud stoppage is Tyson-Seldon. Seldon falls over from a punch that missed, gets up and falls down from a left that didn’t have anything on it, then he stands up, rolls his eyes and swoons during the mandatory count forcing the referee to call a halt. It was B grade acting at best. Post fight Seldon was unmarked (in contrast to Moorer) clear eyed and clearly over the moon at getting a windfall for falling over. I wouldn’t be surprised if Don King had his grubby mitts over this. They seemed in a hurry to get Tyson to be unified champion again with minimal competition (paying Lewis step aside money) so it fits the narrative.

Sounds like the whole saga would be the basis for an interesting book.
Any interest in researching and documenting your take on what went down with the Foreman-Moorer bout ?

Fury-Schwartz felt fixed. Either that or the big German has as much heart as a tin can. Speaking of Fury, Otto Wallin's last bout looked like a clear fix. There's been a lot of fishy scoring in Canelo's fight that are too extreme to chalk up to sheer incompetence on behalf of the judge. Mayweather-De La Hoya felt suspicious, why was one of the same officials who botched Floyd-Castillo 1 brought in again to score a Mayweather fight? I'm not saying it was a fix, or that Floyd lost, but it smells like something funny was going on.

No, Hagler was humble when he was interviewed after the fight saying Duran was very experienced .He actually said," next time you'll see a better Marvin Hagler. " Leonard who was doing commentary for this fight said," Duran throws Hagler off , he can't get into his rhythm" .which was spot on. Hagler became more aggressive when Duran tired in the last 2 rounds to win the fight.

Moorer doesn't strike me as the type to take a dive. He was completely confident before the fight, I mean if you were taking a dive you'd at least act like your opponent had a good shot at knocking you out.

Gatti- Mayweather, yes May is fast and quick and good defense, but Gatti threw a lot of punches, he hit hard, he was relentless, a warrior, he landed like 1 punch the 1st several rounds, and I slowed it down, he had many chances and just never threw a punch, it looked to me like he was paid to lose but got mad about during the fight and decided to just give it up without making it look good, no way Gatti at least doesnt throw a bunch of punches, maybe not landing them all but he never even threw them, also Hagler for whatever reason was clearing pulling punches and holding back against Leonard, was it because they were friends, who knows, but what it, he definitely does both.

FURY-WALLIN, Wallin gives him an accidental severe cut after looking pretty good for 1-3 or so rounds, then that bad cut, and all he has to do is begin each round by opening it and trying to get it stopped and get a decision, but instead his left stays glued to his face and when he throws it, it goes to the right side of Fury's face, not the left or he overshoots and goes over his shoulders, he has dozens of openings yet the left won't move, he throws what looked to me like punches that would not break a wet paper bag. He waits til Fury builds up a good lead then finishes decent in the last round, no way they let Wallin win that one, well over 100 million on the line, if he did well he gets more fights and better paydays ahead, which happened, so he loses he gets more from not only the pay off but future fights promised.
Fury looked like a Bum, Wilder will destroy him, unless they want another 100 mil payday in another rematch after this one, then it will be very close.

There is a good link to the Foreman vs Moorer fight without commentary. Go to around 30:20 for the knockout. You can just hear the thuds from Foreman's punches. The knockout was legit.

Anyway as people already typed Bruce Seldom took a dive against Mike Tyson. Mark Young took a dive against Tyson. Pretty much of all of Kimbo Slice opponents took a dive for him.

No way that Foreman KO on Moorer wasn't legit. That right hand was a brutal shot by one of the hardest punchers in history. Think about Moorer. He was only knocked out by two of the heaviest handed punchers ever in Foreman and Tua. He climbed off the deck multiple times against Cooper and Holyfield. He is very wrongly thought of as a soft guy. He had the heart of a lion.

A number of observers mentioned Tyson-Seldon. I don't think it was fixed. I just think Seldon wanted a way out after feeling Tyson's power. On his best day, he wasn't going to be able to do anything with Iron Mike. It was just going to end badly for him.
