Nothing against Joyce here but if he is mandatory for Charr vs Bryan he should stay away from anyone who can punch in the top 30, and wait for that fight. It is looking like he is a KO waiting to happen, gets hit way too often and easily to be able to crack the elite level guys with power.
Maybe when Joyce does step up against someone dangerous then we will see the best of him. I swear when a fighter gets the win but has an off night alot of people here write them off straight away, happens all the damn time lol.
I think FW should package Joyce and Dubois together for a while and build it into a big fight a year down the line. Or mabe get the Euro, lose to Fury then feed him to Dubois.
Yes it does, you can't win at times lol. Bryan Jennings is certainly no mug and is a decent win imo as he has operated at world level for a few years now. Joyce could take the easy route and beat the likes of Molina, Browne etc. and look good in doing so but he's taking challenging fights instead and stepping up in levels so of course he's gonna have difficult moments in these fights.
I would love to see him vs Dubois (think Dubois would win) but it's not realistic. Kabayel isn't a bad fight in fairness, but they do really need to get him some big fights quickly. Think he turned pro far too late, especially since heavyweight is such a slow moving divison with so much politics. I think that he's decent and probably top 10.. but not top 5. I think him vs Chisora or Whyte would be a great fight for the fans but can't see either getting made. I think he could've done with fighting Chisora in place of Jennings actually.. not sure whether feasible. Chisora is only fighting for money now, so perhaps would've been worth paying him what he wants for the recognition of potentially beating a household name.
be a good fight would favour kownacki just now.. Washington would be a step down any others are pretty decent. Pulev would be good
