I guess all that legacy talk from GGG was fake, as I always said.

I guess Canelo was willing to fight NOBODY rather than fight Golovkin again.

The thing to take from this is that Canelo was only 2,5% more accurate than GGG (negligible) but threw 200 punches less, as the younger man  Golovkin landed more, and landed harder. :deal: Nothing like home cooking to rob a long reigning champion of his belts.

Wow, so you're saying whoever lands more punches wins a fight? Sounds like you don't know how to score a fight ...

Yep, that's right. He outlanded (outworked) Canelo in 10 rounds and they tied for number of punches landed in one round, so Canelo only outlanded Golovkin in one round. Also, Golovkin threw 149 more punches throughout the fight and landed an astounding 69 more punches. To say Canelo landed at a higher rate (33% to 31%) throwing fewer punches is like saying Ron Bloomberg, who batted .394 on 250 at bats (carefully selecting who he hit against left handed pitchers vs right handed pitchers) while Rod Carew batted .378 on 1000 at bats, is the better hitter. You gotta hand it to some of these guys, they will bend over backwards to kiss Canelo's ring.

The thing to take from this is that you're so delusional you believe jabs are harder than power punches. Canelo is clearly the more accurate and smarter fighter.

Actually Golovkin landed the harder punches as well. Are you sure you watched the right fight?

iSalty probably watched a rerun of Canelo vs Cheeseburger Junior and got confused :D

The thing to take from this is that power punches were virtually even (Canelo 114 vs GGG 110) and Golovkin landed a truck****ton more jabs. It sounds like you're as salty as the urine of a hungover hobo who drank the leftover ketchup from the local McD's ;)
