Have you watched Tszyu v Hatton Prowler?

 

Aussie's are notoriously dirty in the ring, just to say, I am not biased but so are Mexicans.

 

Yeah mate I thought Hatton did fight dirty with some low blows and mauling tactics but it was nowhere near the level of cheating by Horn against Pac. I was surprised that Tszyu didn't come out for the 12th round as he didn't look visibly hurt and I thought the fight was still in the balance despite the bias UK commentary.

 

Pftt keep on making it up as you go,it's no surprise you'd make that faulty comparison,the big difference being i'm not in denial like you and I don't keep whining and blaming corrupt officials etc outright for the result like you and your mate keep doing

 

Yeah, I was surprised he didn't come out as well especially after his comments post the first Sharma Mitchell fight but there were reports that he had bleeding on the brain, so just as well he didn't.
You can be physical without being dirty right? Maybe I was biased while watching Horn v Pac, in terms of if Horn was dirty or not. I also agree with you, Tszyu and Hatton was close, I had Kostya sweeping the first five, disappointing end to his career, really.

 

How is it a faulty comparison? You said with a different referee the fight would have looked different. How is that not similar to Pacquiao Horn?

 

It's totally an apt comparison on many levels.

Tsyzu an older fighter went to hostile territory and lost his belt to a younger fighter who utilized illegal tactics.

Pacquiao was literally in exactly the same boat only his fight was far more competitive with many believing he still did enough to win despite having to deal with all of Horns fouling.

I'd agree there has been a few aussie fighters like Horn and Fenech that have definitely pushed things with how they fight etc but like you said there is several countries with far worse reputation for producing dirty fighters.
Horns win over Pacquio was 1 of the great sporting results and it's disappointing a few people want to continue to make excuses and make more out of a few incidents that deserved no more then a warning or 2.
Horns performance no matter who you had winning a close fight was outstanding and will long be remembered in this country with Pacquios performances since his loss putting to bed the other pathetic excuse about him being done when he fought Horn

 

Well for starters you and UTF both said any other referee or location Horn loses every time which is incorrect and stupid

If Pac Horn was in the USA instead of Brisbane Horn would have been TKO'd by Pac. Without his dirty tactics and personal referee he was a sitting duck and Pac would have got to him much earlier than the 9th round as Horn would have been forced to fight and not wrestle and headlock. If Tszyu Hatton was in the USA it probably would have gone the distance with Hatton probably having a point deducted which also could have gotten Tszyu a win or a draw.

Yes I was the only one who thought that Horn cheated and Pacquiao got robbed. It's not like there was a massive uproar or anything even the commentary team thought everything was above board LOL

The Tszyu kid is easily one of the most overrated so called "greats" in the history of boxing. Best win is Zab Judah and was outclassed and destroyed by an ordinary Vince Phillips in Tszyu's prime. Shocking stuff.
