Yeah Angulo is totally shot. Quillin is probably still operating at a similar level to a few years ago the issue is just hunger after being exposed by world talent.
Quillin is still Quillin, just older and less polished due to inactivity. Angulo has been beaten to a pulp too many times to count now. Every fight he has had since 2013 has been nothing but punishment. And that Alvarez beating surely took something from him as well, it was evident in Angulo's subsequent fights.
Angulo is the poster child for CTE as far as active fighters go. His brain has to be mush at this point. I'm honestly amazed that he isn't more shot. He's still operating as a fairly high level journeyman. But as stated earlier he's still had a lot of fight beaten out of him and Quillin is no Bravo, Mora or Hernandez. This one could end very badly if Quillin decides to show up.
