So Ruiz has gone from to flat out refusing anywhere but US or Mexico and then U turned and said he's in for Saudi and he's now apparently being sued by MR and people see this as a some sort of victory for Haymon! The conspiracy theories get better by the day!! Lol
How'd that charity donation get on? You know, the £50 you said you were going to give if AJ didn't fight in Cardiff by Xmas. And I don't mean against Dave Allen.
Lol my point was not that the fight was gonna be in the UK more that Ruiz would do as he was told as per the agreed rematch clause! I for sure thought that Cardiff would be Hearns and Joshua's pick ( hence the bet) but THEY chose Saudi ( not Ruiz) and he made some noise before eventually folding and accepting his position!! Just looking at the facts as I see them instead of living in an alternate reality like many Harmon worshipers on here! Ps: as previously stated I'll honour the bet if Ruiz v Joshua happens and it's not in UK soil but according to you he's gonna be swerving the rematch right!? So my money is safe no??
Fairplay, some textbook weaseling there. Yep, I think they want him back on safe BBBc control territory for the foreseeable future but obviously, they can't just come out and say that. I think Hearn is deliberately fiddling with low ball figures knowing Haymon will rebuff it. Hearn can then go on iFL and rant to Kugan about them avoiding it and Ruiz will become the new MRFC token "ducker" like they painted Wilder as.
Lol the PBC brigade are so worked up over all this , Hearn lives in their minds rent free. This would all be settled if Al Haymon had as much power as his fanboys believed.
This is all sorted. Ruiz has more wedge in his pocket and the fight is agreed for Saudi Arabia, and the lawsuit has been dropped.
Good to see both fighters sign up for this. Although some clown will try to talk it down. This content is protected
I have some inside knowledge on this through a friend who was involved in q legal capacity. Ruiz and Al were vehement the fight would be in the US or Mexico, EH and matchroom were prepared to take legal action as it WAS a clause in the original contract. There was no renegotiation in pay as that was in the original contract.
