Sergey Alexandrovich Kovalev vs. Anthony Yarde & Ilunga Makabu vs. Aleksei Papin RBR.

Papin wasn't good in clinching, many if not most of the serious punches he take in the early rounds were in clinch, after that of course he became slower.Also i noticed when the referee talked something to him, his contentration was on the referee and Makabu in that moment attacked him successful.These moments with clinching and referee were not 1 or to, more like +10.Some other fighters would be out after half of them.Too much hitted for nothing.If Papin can change even only that, he will be much better and succesuful.

 

Still can't quite believe this fight is happening, feels almost surreal.

It’s good to see ESPN shills out for every other fighter they regularly broadcast but continually **** on Sergey every time he fights.

 

Bring outthe Russian National Choir, then maybe the Orchestra for another few jams. Maybe Yarde brings a guy to cringe rap his way in to the ring? I think we got some time to make a sandwich before this bad boy kicks off.

 

My prediction is Kovalev by KO in a fight that is very much one-sided with Yarde struggling to land anything whatsoever. Kovalev will box, will use the jab, will use straight right hands and look really good from the first bell.

Yarde will look slow, sluggish and just not 'there'. He will walk into the ring looking to do business, but will soon realise it is much much tougher than he expected. Yarde will try a few combinations, will try to walk forward but almost nothing will work for him.

After the fight, Yarde will be respectful and honourable in defeat. Later he will say something along the lines of 'I just couldn't get off' or 'I just did'nt feel right'.

In conclusion, Kovalev will be a decisive winner and Yarde will look brave in attempting the impossible.
