Great fight, how would fans rate this fight out of 10?

He said good stuff about this one and got the first 6 rounds right, what`s wrong with his round up here?

It was okay, a 7/10. If we're honest, apart from the late drama...Kovalev was dominant.

    What we learnt:

    1. Kovalev needs to retire
    2. Yarde has a chin
    3. Yarde has no stamina WHATSOEVER. Steam train in round 1, sloth in the rest. Saw it in the previous fight and was proven correct.
    4. Yarde remains a bum and BT Sport Hypetrain. Let's hope Dubois doesn't follow Yarde down the same path.

That is a silly comment, he actually boxes and has a trainer.

Well done to Yarde , that man has my respect and I wish him all the best in the future - hopefully he sticks to fully committing to boxing because I’m pretty he’s just had a ridiculous pay day! He couldn’t live with Kovalev’s jab but there’s no shame in that.

Kovalev did well. He struggled and dug deep an came up against Yarde''s inexperience. But that was what the gameplan was a little. I don't think he wanted to struggle that much. It reminded me a little of Hearns vs. Roldan. Hearns got hurt but had more experience than Roldan and stopped him. I could say McCallum/Curry, but I don't think Mike was hurt with Curry as much as Kovalev and Hearns.

Also Curry didn`t have a chin like Yarde`s.

Curry didn't have to usually because of his technique, although he took some good punches against Norris. He was more a technician than Yarde is. I give Yarde credit, but he needs a lot of work still. Defense and a gameplan. Mike said he set up Curry and believe he did since he sort of made an usually wide swing when Donald was backing up.

Yes Yarde doesn`t have much skill, but his heart put Broner to shame, Curry`s defense was off v McCallum though, he was pretty open in that bout.
