Super Six win was an excellent achievement, but he clearly ducked Lucian Bute. And then there's the robbery win over Kovalev and the vicious nutsack assault in the rematch.

The definition I use for ATG is either top 100 or top 10 at a weight division.

Ward is clearly a top 3 SMW. So yes.

Yes. He was “the man” in two divisions and retired undefeated.

cslb's response to Kovalev being an ATG.
 What a despicably biased vomit you are.

Yes, Ward is clearly an ATG, at Super Middleweight.

Wonder if he thinks Kessler and Froch were garbage too. :sisi1

(which begs the question, on what giants' shoulders does Ward's legacy stand? :dunno)

Which...you mean Kessler and Froch? But somehow not Kovalev?

Why? I said they both were, and that would be accurate, and I'd have said that before Ward even moved to LHW, you on the other hand, clearly have an agenda to push.

The question was Kovalev an atg and I said no. My answer must have hurt his feelings.
