He was a decent technical boxer who obviously had been at it a while. I think he liked it but never really loved it. He was fairly lucky that he was fighting at a fairly weak period when he was champ @ LHW (which isnt his fault. He became champ didnt take too much punishment, was in some fairly decent scraps, retired early with a nice degree paid for by boxing, i say well done to the young man.
Yeah Enzo and him don't get on at all. Maths degree from Cardiff Uni, they don't just give them away for free.
Used to see him on the **** in cardiff all the time. Was always a polite lad. But seemed to be a bit odd. Wasnt sure if he was aggro or not. Hes obviously got a bit of a ego the hands up trading at mid range was evident of this (as mentioned before) prior to this dumb tactic he used to look pretty good. Especially with those ape arms. Hes done well but he like many others is getting bitter by speed bumps of life. His IG is like f you I'm rich?? Da funk
I always thought it must be odd for someone like him, obviously a very bright lad maths degree, half decent boxer, could earn more in one night than he would in a year, must seem strange for someone like that considering most boxers aren't normally academically smart well not maths degree smart
He's got a gut on him now in comparison to how he was when he was a boxer. He's not fat but he has no visible abs anymore, which probably tells you a little about the lifestyle he's living now as he was always in fantastic condition before retirement two years ago.
Always wondered if it’s something to do with Cleverlys dad, remember seeing something a few years ago where another boxer can’t remember which shot down vince on social media basically telling him to pipe down or he’d reveal the truth about him. Not sure what the story was though although vince does seem to have a very young girlfriend and although he often mentions Nathan and posts photos they’re all old ones with nothing from past few years.

It's not so much about being academically smart as it is culture. It's a class thing. Most boxers are working class of course, and In previous generations very few working class people went to uni, but that is changing, and so in the future more boxers will go to uni and get degrees. Joshua Buatsi has one too I believe.
I think a degree when Cleverly got one though and previously is very different to a degree nowdays, Labour basically made degrees a money making scheme
You say that like Cleverly isn’t a millennial... Cardiff is a good, solid uni though not one of the former polytechnic colleges labour made unis handing out Mickey Mouse degrees... Though without being a nob, he did get a 2.2...so he isn’t some troubled genius. Other than the weird comments on Twitter I don’t get what seems so troubled about him though? Looks healthy enough and like he’s enjoying himself.
A few months back he posted an old picture of himself in training saying I love depression. His Insta posts often look like he's wanting attention and help.
