Do you consider Hopkins an ATG at 160?

I consider Hopkins an atg for his entire career. I wouldn't necessarily say he was dominant at any of his weights but he fought more or less everybody and was still more than capable past 40 which I think cements his status.

    I take you dont

No I do at 160, at 160 he’s certainly an ATG but I have him below a GGG, but overall Hopkins has had the more illustrious career with his jump to 175.

GGG, Canelo, Fury, Usyk are the only one's for me. Loma has some ways to go and Inoue will be knocking at the door soon enough. Crawford has the potential as does Spence but their level of opponents over the last few years leaves a lot to be desired.

Of course, all of these have the potential to lose that status too.

So Fury's an ATG but Gonzalez isn't? In fact Fury is but Inoue and Loma aren't?

Gonzales was maybe an oversight. I see heavyweights as a different breed as such hold them in higher regard for seemingly less achievement on paper.

I can't talk boxing with people who say things like that.
Regardless of your opinion GGG DID lose.
Facts dont stop being facts because you choose to not agree with them.

You said GGG lost both fights, that’s a bare faced liar right there...saying GGG lost both fights is not a fact....liar.

He lost the 2nd clearly and the 1st one was close.

GGG resets too much. Canelo landed more power punches if I recall.

I was rooting for GGG but he was exposed IMO. Canelo was the first B+ level fighter he fought, maybe A-, and he lost. I don’t even count guys like Curtis Stevens, GGG went on a bum run, like how Valero was walking through everyone inside 1 round until he fought half decent guys like Mosquera and demarco. Levels start to show.

Jacobs win was good but Jacobs is a solid B level fighter.

I was hoping GGG was that solid A level guy who can show himself a class above B level guys or even A- level guys.

But he got a D and an L.....that’s not 2 losses. I thought you only deal in facts?

    Also I had GGG v Canelo 1. 116-112

    GGG v Canelo2 2. 117-111

Close fights but their rematch was more competitive but easy to score.

I rewatched that fight a few times trying to score it for GGG.

If you want you can tell me which rounds you scored for GgG and classify them, definite G round, close round, toss up. And we can go through the def G/close rounds to see if it really is Gs round.

I did this with Pac Thurman recently, removes bias. Best I could give Thurman is loss by 1 point, worst is 9-3 loss, likely is 7-5.

Takes away the noise and just deals in facts, even watched the rounds in slow motion to make sure I don’t miss anything.

I’ve got the card floating about on here somewhere, I’m off out with the dog and link it to you when I get back.

And for the record I’m a fan of both but Canelo never won them fights.
