    Stories circulating late last night that Mick and Dogboe is going to happen in MSG in December. Big step up for Mick. Reckon he outboxes Dogboe quiet easily. Thoughts ?

    Conlan is clrearly the better boxer and Dogboe will be tiny at 126, but it's still a dangerous fight. Dogboe can crack!
    What is most interesting is the fact that Dogboe has been working with Roach for a few months now:

    Didn't know he was working with Roach. Definitely good match up. Yeah Mick much bigger. Dogboes feet are stuck to the floor, Micks lateral movement will be too much. Great fight if it comes through

    Hopefully Roach will make it so that Dogboe is no longer a sitting duck after he punches/misses. Teach that boy some lateral movement and head movement as well.
    But I agree on the movement part. I don't think Dogboe will be able to catch up enough to get the decision.

    I'm not sure Conlan can go 12 with Dogboe. Conlan has put on some lackluster preformances

    Conlan is alright, I'm Irish so I gotta back him but honestly he isn't a world beater. He's the type who'd win a vacant title or beat a weaker champion if he were to become world champ. He's not up to the level of Dennis Hogan or TJ Doheny (I goddam love TJ he is a brilliant boxer, so much better than Mick), let's just put it that way. In terms of this fight, it's either Conlan has timed it perfectly and outsizes Dogboe too but it's very 50/50 currently despite his latest performance being a dominant one in his first proper step up.

    Cant see it tbh, reckon Mick wins very handy. Time will tell. These come forward fighters suit Mick down to the ground

    I pray for the sake of my own sanity that you’re right. Dogboe is way more likable by almost every single metric - fighting style, personality, heart - but I’m worried Mick will do his normal running and get a gift decision because Bob loves the easy money he gets from the Irish diaspora every time Mick fights.
