Hughie still wins that, or does he? Could be worth making next tbh.

You’d have to fancy Hughie against Price but it’s a good fight and a logical fight next. Would be decent high up on the Ruiz v Joshua undercard.

    Id back Price against Hughie
The way his 3 defeats have occured i dont think i can ever back him in a 50/50 anymore

Other than a decent defence he is pretty rubbish esp at this level

I'd rather not watch Fury versus anyone, he is so boring to watch and also has a reasonable chin so it's a guaranteed 12 round bore fest.

I would now back Price to beat Hughie. Credit to Hughie for stepping up against Parker, Pulev and Povetkin. He’s been willing to test himself and has never looked in trouble...but the trajectory of his development over last couple of years has been as flat as Kate Moss’s funbags.

He can make a decent living as a domestic/Euro level fighter. Certainly no shame in that but he and his dad need to recognise his limitations in ring generalship in which he can not dictate a fight nor hold centre ring. His effective aggression with his punch output, selection and variety. There is no authority in his jab, he doesn’t double it up and just flicks it out in an attempt to throw the very predictable overhand right that opponents just duck and weave underneath.

You have to wonder what he and Peter have been doing in training. Does Hughie show something different in camp but he wilts under the pressure of the lights?

Reckon I’ve lost more money on Hughie than any other fighter.

Don’t understand why they keep skipping levels and putting him in world level operators.

Zero development during the last 2 years

The scariest about of of this is he's still only 24, which means we as boxing fans have potentially another 15 years of watching him to look forward too.

Somehow it feels like Hughie has been 24 for the last 5 years.

Hughie Fury can still make money and they can still use him for decent fights but he’s going absolutely nowhere fast. Just not good enough , nowhere near.

I like both him and Peter but I think they’re both a bit deluded as to how good he is.
