Him and Mariana would be a brawl, with Manny winning obviously.
I'd love to see Khan get pounded by him.
Kostya Tsyzu and him would be an interesting fight, although I'm not sure when it could've happened.
Edwin Valero, would've been an absolute war. Shame we never got it.
Hamed would've been a good scalp, especially an inshape one.
Mayweather is the obvious option.

Tbh Pac fought almost everyone so it's hard to make a list like this. My favourite fights that involves Manny are

Arguello vs Pacquiao
Chavez vs Pacquiao
Duran vs Pacquiao
Pryor vs Pacquiao

 

He would have beaten the tar out of Jose Luis Castillo. And given him the beatdown of a lifetime. And I would have loved to see that fight. Would have been a showcase fight for Manny.

 

Would have like to see Gomez vs Pacquiao too.

Someone already mentioned it but Tsyzu would have been a good one. Action fight. I wanted to see a fight with Khan when he was prime. Khan is a punchline today but he would have given the fans an entertaining fight and would have probably been knocked out in spectacular fashion.

Historically, maybe a manny JCC fight would have been a good one. Being a fan of both, I don’t know who I would be rooting for.

 

I would have liked to see him face Mayweather again. Two of the best fighters of their generation.

I think Mayweather would have easily beat him again though. Styles make fights and Mayweather had the skills to negate Manny's offense.

 

Casamayor, Freitas, Chico, Castillo, Guzman

 

Just Valero and Guzman, Guzman fight coulda happened but arum didn’t want it. Valero was crazy and hung himself. Other than that, he pretty much fought everyone he could fight.

Juan Diaz would have just turned up like David Diaz. Too short and too easy to hit. Pressure fighters are at an absolute disadvantage against a prime Pac, mainly because Pac too was a pressure fighter with limitless stamina, 10 punch combinations, faster hands and feet than you and hit harder than you, so what can you do?

Even bigger guys couldn’t pressure him. Only one to do it well recently was horn aided with some serious size advantage, hometown ref, judges and a lot of fouling. I credit the tough performance to the fouls since it’s not the first time Pac struggled with doublers - agapito Sanchez.
