Doesn't Povetkin have to be ranked higher than the likes of Wilder, Fury, Ruiz etc?

They won the world title (not including Whyte) something Pov failed consistently to do despite being having almost as many title shots as all the above had combined.

Pov was a great amateur, no question, but in the age of diluted titles he couldnt manage one. Hes not a strong world class entry nor at all title level. He was just a decent contender (with PEDs).

PEdetkin is better than Whyte, my sole concession personally, though only WITH Peds.

    You mean PEDillian Whyte?

    Povetkin won WBC title.

exactly fits well with PEDvetkin, good choice. They are a good match.

when you have to lie to win an argument, its not winning.

Of course Povetkin has better resume than most if not all of the HW today.
You should not just look at the names, but at what times this fight has happen.
He beat Chambers who was young and in his prime and he was 30-0 at that time.
He beat prime Chagaev, who only lost was to Wlad Klitschko
Beat Boswell who was 34-1 at that time
He beat prime Huck, tho it was very competive and close fight.
He beat prime Andrzej Wawrzyk who was 27-0 at that time.
He beat Charr, who was in great shape back then.
He beat prime and hungry Takam.
    He destroys Perez
    First to TKO Wach.
And a lot of others quality fights.

I`m asking when exactly Wilder will start fighting young prime fighters, that are hungry for win, not old and washed money thinkers like Ortiz.

I said before there should be a ROIDS PEDS Heavyweight Championship Boxing Tournament with at least these 4 in it...

    Donkey "Roids" Whyte
    Sasha PEDvitkin
    Big Fat Baby Roids Miller
Joshua (after Piglet KO's him again!)

What we should ask is whether povetkins ranking should be lowered EVEN further below juiceshua and wilder based on his drug cheating.

A guy who has been beaten twice ... knocked out once and knocked down and beaten up while being completely non-competitive in his other loss ... has a better resume? Did you include the losses on his resume or just the wins, lol?

Lewis, Tyson, Holyfield, Klitschko were all beaten and knocked down multiple times, and they had all pathetic fights. It doesn't affect their legacy, nor Povetkin's.

They were also world champions. And beat more than a handful of B-listers.

Povetkin has fought a lot more quality fighters and produced better results than any active HW. He's 40 and at the end, so in a way he should, but to deny him of that is to live in denial that he is, if no sanctioned boxing match ever took place, the better fighter than all active HW's.
