You should come down to the O2 mate, i might need some back up against the Matchroom FC fanboys when I cheer Okolie getting KO'd
Dave Allen on PPV was a World crisis that UN should have looked at Obv the main fight is top notch, Parker-Chisora may be a stinker though if JP decides to play it safe like he did against Takam or Ruiz. Okolie and washed up Burns have no business being on any PPV poster.
My analysis is: Burns vs Selby - yeah probably boring but this will be the first of the 4 main fights so shouldnt kill the atmosphere too much Okolie vs Ngabu - despite the big height and reach difference, i think Ngabu could get on the inside and stop Okolie to the body or with a clean uppercut, both of which he is pretty good at. If the ref stops Okolie from holding it will be a real fight. Parker vs Chisora - i just see this as being a cracker of a fight, Chisora is pretty much Whyte-lite in his style, and thats the kind of style that meshes really well with Parker and leads to entertaining fights. Only time Parker is in bad fights is if he has a negative opponent (e.g. AJ or Hughie)
Giving it a miss mate but will be watching on PPV as Eh Day has gave me a free fight pass for 103 years 2 days.
I wanna go to this - ain't been to a boxing show since prizefighter up in Ally Pally. When will tix be released - where is a good section to buy?
Got 2 £80 tickets on the O2 priority pre-sale today. Tickets look pretty good for the price I think. Only disappointing thing was the extortionate booking, handling & delivery fees.
