Inoue should win,,,but . What happens if Donaire doesn't just go away? I've see many guys labeled great react strangely to adversity

That was a good one but I think Inoue is a step too high for him now

Donaire by TKO. Inoue is going to believe all the hype surrounding him and think he really is a monster that can walk through anyone and wiill get reckless and get caught with a monstrous Donaire left hook.

Nonito's KO of Montiel is one of the scariest KO's of all time and the power he was able to generate in that hook was ridiculous for someone his size. That being said, Inoue's KO of Payano is one of my favourite KOs in recent years and maybe the best since Nonito KO of Montiel in the lighter weights.

If Nonito was still in his prime I'd have to lean towards him simply because his chin is proven at higher weights and he's survived punchers with savage power like Rigo at 122 as well as numerous other big punchers too. However, I wouldn't bet a penny on it unless the bet was that the fight doesn't go the distance.

He generated that sort of power by being a natural SBW fighting at FW/SFW/BW. He was the definition of the skilled weight bully (and I don't mean that in a bad way, fighters should use any legal advantage they can), and he looks HUUUGE compared to Inoue. It's a miracle he can cut down to 118.

I meant just a small fighter in general being able to generate that kind of power. He put a dent in Montiel's head FFS lol. Same applies for Inoue being able to generate the kind of power he does for his size. I remember the first time Inoue really caught my eye was when he sunk in a body shot on one of his opponents that sounded a lot louder and harder than someone from the leprechaun divisions should be able to throw.

Look at the facial expressions. Inoue's victims are constantly wincing and grimacing in pain. They can't even maintain a poker face.

He broke Mathebula's jaw as well. Donaire needs to be at least 90 percent of his best to have a chance. Because he's just too shot right now. He's a second slower to react! reflexes is shot and legs are so, so. But that power is still there fo sure. He can't rely on power only but all of that skills he has to the table. It all depends if he can bring back some flash back. I doubt it!

But I still riding with this Filo kid and I feel he will test Inuoe chin at some pt.

Yes Nonito is way past his best and has only stopped 1 of his last 5 opponents (legitimately stopped not on a freak injury) but he's still got that vicious hook and that lone stoppage was of the highlight reel variety and if he lands a shot like that on Inoue which he probably won't he'll likely have scored 2 HL reel KOs in his last 6 fights.

Montiel got up from that left hook though. People get caught up in the fact that Montiel was on the ground walking on his back of whatever, but he beat the count, and the fight continued briefly. Also, Montiel was a midget compared to Donaire. Donaire skipped the four or five best 118 pounders while he was at 118.

Donaire beat nobody in his prime, that was equivalent of Inoue.

Yeah he got back up by the grace of god but the fact that he did was almost as jaw dropping as the punch that laid him out and made him have involuntary spasms.

Yeah I know but if he catches Inoue with that hook flush I have no idea what will happen because I've never seen Inoue's whiskers tested by a puncher like that or tested properly at this weight by a puncher in general. I strongly favour Inoue over this version of him but that hook of his is serious business.

He got up because he is Mexican. Anyone else goes to sleep from that shot probably wont get up. Show me one punch where Inuoe puts a foo to sleep with one shot? Donaire at 118 is confident no one can take his power. Not one! I believe him.His record at 118 is devastating. Real talk he probably destroyed Burnetts hip with that left rip.He is big for the weight and he can take a licking. So he lands on Inueo watch that leg wobble.
