I expect flack for this but I watch Crawford fight and I always think..... Yeah he's alright... But he's not amazing.

When you watched Roy Jones.... You'd be like **** me... This guy is pound for pound number one and an exceptional talent.

Mayweather.... Master of distance and timing.. Lightning fast defensive genius... Pound for pound number one.

I look at Crawford and sometimes think he looks slow... Like he telegraph's his shots quite badly... He isn't a bad fighter don't get me wrong but I'm not wowed at all when I see him..... I actually think spence will kick his cnut in if they ever fight

 

Hmmm, I don’t get the guys saying Crawford isn’t elite or a truly special fighter. Crawford is a very good fighter and definitely deserves legit consideration for PFP best. I just hate the fact that he’s in the best division in boxing, arguably, and he has managed to not fight any top fighters. Even worse, he has no fight scheduled with a top contender on the horizon. Same is true of Spence but at least he fought Brook and has an upcoming fight with Porter. Until Crawford fights Spence (two top WWs in the division) he shouldn’t be at the top spot.

For the record, if they ever fight, I like Crawford over Spence, in a fight of the decade. It’s criminal they aren’t even seriously talking about facing each other.

Crawford gets the benefit of the doubt with the eyeball test from most. Me personally, I don't see it. He was getting touched up by a one legged man when he fought Benevidez. He's lucky he moved up before Prograis was a name in the division. Crawford's resume is awful, worse than Lomachenko's. At least Loma has a W over Russell Jr., who allegedly has a W over Crawford when they had an altercation a few years ago.

 

Gamboa was an okay win, not top notch. Gamboa was also fighting a weightclass too high. Indongo is not a good win. The Namibian fluky man is straight garbage. Got a lucky punch in Russia, literally. His skills are trash.Crawford has Postol, who isn't very good either. The one legged Benevidez was probably his most skilled opponent.

 

Clown? I've seen him wobbled a bit by a Bruno right hand you FT jerk. And if you want the win, keep the win. I don't know what you've won, but Joshua is still an ******* and that won't change whether Wlad calls him, Jesus, or God himself.

Did I see someone seriously say Luke Campbell and Linares are better wins than anything Crawford has on his resume?? How are you seriously supposed to even argue with that? Luke Campbell isn't even a better win than Ricky Burns when Crawford beat him 5 years ago
