Really? Might be the best and have grown in likeability with all this mental health stuff but he’s not as big a draw as AJ...

Fury massive? He cant sell tickets against Wlad at the MEN arena and fights on the undercard for Frampton at Windsor Park. Furys most recent PPV & gate sells bombed for a World title for against Wilder.

Is that why he is fighting in the fighting capital of the world at Vegas . Not bad for a guy that can’t sell MEN arena .

Love to see what Joshua could do against a bum in America .joshua sells stadiums in Britain but he’d get 80 000 for fighting a sheep at Wembley

Probably about the same, maybe more than Fury. Would sell more PPVs as well. I’m someone that has had countless arguments supporting Fury vs the Joshua nut huggers saying he isn’t popular as well. He’s not setting the world alight in terms of ticket sales but that’s because he’s fighting complete no marks...

Well AJ out sold the gate at MSG compared to the American HW champion fighting in the same month fighting at a less prestigious venue in the Barlcay centre which were much cheaper ticket prices than AJ vs Ruiz at MSG.

A serious question, was Mayweather a big ticket seller back in the day (pre De La Hoya)? I could well be wrong but I didn't think he done big gate numbers as opposed to PPV numbers.

When he was world champion making his debut against a Mexican . What about fighting a swede when he isn’t a world champion and not on his debut . Face it Tyson fury is face of heavyweight boxing

I'm surprised it's done that many with the price of the tickets, I've just had a look at the official (not secondary re-sale) and they are priced $106/$206/$306/$456 and $606.

Jesus, part of me wonders whether the people trolling proclaiming Fury as the “face of heavyweight boxing” are the same ones saying he’s a nobody just to drive anyone with a balanced opinion nuts...

Fury is the best heavyweight but he certainly isn’t “the face of the division”, hardly anyone knew/remembered he was fighting this Saturday , I certainly didn’t.

I can see what’s he doing and I think fair play but he should surely be fighting somebody better.

This is spot on. He may be the best but he certainly isn’t the most popular in terms of tickets and views.
