See, this is a mystery to me. Pacquiao obviously isn't stopping many people, but he always manages to badly hurt or drop his opponents at the higher weights. Danny and Shawn landed heavy blows to the head and body of Thurman, but Thurman was never in bad shape in those fights. And I'm certain that Pacquiao would have done serious damage to Mikey where Spence couldn't do a damn thing.

Punch for punch, I think Pacquiao might be the biggest puncher at welterweight. But I think overall Crawford is the biggest puncher.

    Please discuss.

It’s certainly impressive for how old Pac is.

Mannys power is evil. At 147 it's probably not at the top of the divisions history. That's Tommy Hearns territory.
But right now he's probably the imo well rounded puncher and top 2 for power in the division right now. I have him the best puncher and Danny's left hook the most vicious punch (but Pac's left is bloody close).

And considering Pac is almost middle aged it's bloody impressive

Knock down king. But he doesn't have the power to stop them welters/

Gotta factor in the toughness and conditioning of the opponents.

Word of mouth is Pac's power is more shocking than Spence according to algerie.

While I do think it's impressive, the reality is that Danny's left hook has only been destructive against a chinny Khan, a seriously undersized Salkda, and an old and shot Morales. Neither Porter nor Thurman were bothered to much by it when Danny landed.

I think Crawford's the biggest puncher at 147. His shots look painful. In terms of raw power, it's very good. But throw in accuracy and timing and it's devastating.

He's always had great timing imo,the Thurman shot just looked like he times him perfectly.Yes always gonna trouble folk on account of this but in reality he's small compared to Spence and Crawford.

Explosive and thudding. Not a 'one hitter quitter'. He reminds me of old Duran power wise at the moment, though he's comparatively faster at the higher weight.

Combined with his skill, athleticism and experience, he will give you a bad beat down. Then you'd wish he was a one hiiter quitter.

Above average. However, his timing and speed allows him to catch guys of guard, which is why he’s so good at dropping guys. Especially guys that try and get too aggressive with him and leave themselves wide open.

It's absolutely bonkers how no one can trade with Pacquiao and not take a beating.

I agree but Manny isn`t faster than Duran was at welter, he matched Ray Leonard`s handspeed in Montreal and his punches were short and travelled a tiny distance giving Ray less reaction time.

Crawford would have stope all of Manny`s welter opponents at the age Pac fought them aside from Floyd, he`s a far better finisher than Manny.
