    No.1 meaning the best etc.

    -Shawn Porter
    -Manny Pacquiao
    -Sor Rungvisai
    -Tony Harrison
    -Julian Williams
    -Oleksandr Usyk
    -Andy Ruiz

    -Canelo Alvarez
    -Mikey Garcia
    -Guillermo Rigondeaux
    -Errol Spence Jr.
    -Floyd Mayweather
    -Gervonta Davis
    -Jermell Charlo
    Someone separated these two groups in a way that neglected the talent in group 2 aside from Charlo and Garcia who I personally don`t rate highly.
