   Years ago I read an interview with Julian Jackson and in that interview he said that his punching power was the result of his original trainers teaching him proper punching technique.
   Take a minute and read Boxing by Edwin L Haislet, specifically the sections where he describes how to throw the various punches. Then watch Jackson throw punches.
