The WBA ****ing sucks man... Someone should just remove them from boxing.

 

I was under the impression that once they unified the regular and proper belt they were at least going to remove the regular belt.

And, yep, would be fine to just remove the whole WBA altogether.

 

I read somewhere that Oquendo is still in the game...

 

Apparently, and I wish his fight that he's legally due would just happen. What a saga.

Oleksandr Teslenko just took his first loss by fifth round KO to Shawndell Winters. Haven’t seen any footage yet.

 

Carlos Takam defeated Craig Lewis via UD over 10 rounds.

Mahammadrasul Majidov defeated Ed Fountain via 4th round TKO on his pro debut.

Teslenko and Kuzmin are on the way down and were never as good as some of the guys on the way up.

 

I don't see how Teslenko rebuilds from this. Kuzmin In the other hand is still a fringe contender and could be back in the mix after a few wins. Hopefully this loss motivates him and he trains harder and eats less...... Of course he might just decide to settle into a journeyman role too.
