In terms of achievement Hopkins is a level above Mike at MW, but not in terms of ability in my eyes. I feel quite confident that Mike at MW would beat all the MWs Bernard beat, but obviously he didn't have B-Hops longevity.

It's no contest in achievement and longevity. McCallum in one off best for bests would likely beat them but it's not impossible there could potentially be a struggle somewhere. He wouldn't dominate them like Bernard did imo.

I don't disagree with what you're saying but Trinidad couldn't hurt B-hop because he could barely hit him.

I'll go with Bernard "The Terror" Hopkins in sweet science matchup. Yup that was his first nick name!

LOL! I don't totally disagree with you, while he couldn't hurt Bhop he landed in double digits enough to get credit for 129.
But if Compubox was close to correct, then Hop 260 did make it seem like he did all the punching.
Round 10, was a doozie. He caught Hop, but he ate them like skittles, then threw his kitchen sink!

That is still one of my favorite Ko sequences. Shifting in with an uppercut as he blocks a wide left, to catch him with an overhand right at a perfect angle. B-hop had him utterly figured out. https://i.imgur.com/kRzP8ea.mp4

I'll take Hopkins by decision. I think his cleverness, footwork, ability to neutralize the opponents best asset, and dirty tactics would trouble for even someone as skilled like McCallum. Fighters who were bigger, faster, or more powerful with better punch output than Hopkins had the upperhand but McCallum would be the smaller, slower man against Hopkins.
