Can you not get ESPN+ in the UK? It’s $4.99 a month here and you get every Top Rank fight on it.

I have already got a subscription that allows me to watch any fight in the world for $00.00

Sometimes, it is difficult to tune in but it's definitely value for money.

Two good recognised fighters should not automatically mean PPV.Thurman v Porter did mega numbers on terrestrial TV so this would do well imo.As PPV it will tank.

No I am not gonna buy it. We all know who's gonna win the fight. Everyone knows what Porter is going to do in the ring when he fights. He's just a one-dimensional fighter.

I think it is worthy by today's standards. It thins out the herd, so to speak, in the welter weight division. Stripping away the rest so we know who's the best.

It's actually a great headliner if you care at all about the quality of the two fighters in the ring

No, just one of many ESPN type fights pawned off as a PPV.

But the point is, is it worthy to be on PPV? Does anybody even know who Spence is let alone Porter?

Average American doesn't even know who Wilder is. Who buys a Spence PPV? Do people actually buy it or is it only pubs etc? I mean the fight is on free TV where I live and I might not watch it if something better comes up, let alone pay for it.

How is this a foregone conclusion? Cos Spence is now some sort of tactical god for going 12 with Garcia!?!
Porter will bring the heat and Spence will revert to type in a slug fest! A fleet footed Thurman had to stand and fight so Spence will be in the firing line for most of the bout too.
Spence is 55% at best, great fight to make and Spence's biggest test since Brook imo.

Nothing wrong with going to an event in person. But only $55? that's dirt cheap for a "PPV" show
