World Boxing was a popular boxing mag in the 80's Squanto before you were born, look up Hamsho's record between both Hagler fights, $hithead, he was undefeated and beat Curtis Parker, Bobby Czyz, Wilfred Benitez to name a few top fighters at the time, not to mention beating Alan Minter and Wilford Scypion to get his title shot, and then see you the liar is scumbag.

I also remember he could never make up his mind who he was,or whether to play up his Syrian background or not, fighting under several names .
His early career is subject to some controversy as he had some fights credited to him that supposedly never happened, this was engineered by his then manager Paddy Flood and was the subject of a couple of articles

Odlanier Solis was an ATG am. 1x Olympic gold, 3x World Championship gold and a **** show of a pro career. He's on his own tree branch with that.
