    Everyone knows marciano cut easily and several of his fights should have been TKO losses. Giving the cat it's claws pretty much guarrantees it's victory.

    Plus Marciano wasn't used to fighting shorter opponents. For the first time he'd have to be the outside fighter and we know he can't fight backing up. He'd back into a corner like an amateur and get caught by a vicious 5 scratch combination. We see the fanboys claiming that big heavies with long reach like lennox or Holmes wouldn't be used to punching down, so guess what? I will apply the same logic here.

    We also know Marciano was slow as hell, so pitting him against such a fast creature only ruins his chances further.

    Marciano has no chance, no matter how much his fanboys want to pretend he has “homerun super shoulder snap” power.

    Another loss for the short man.

    49-0 in a nothing era.

    Roman Gladiators, the people whom Marciano's fans so often compare him to, where fed to lions in the coliseum frequently. Seems kind of telling when pitting their descendants against each other.

    How would a lion deal with his elite haymakers, his superhuman strength and stamina, and his underrated defensive skills? I think Marciano weathers an early knockdown and some nasty looking cuts by virtue of his unrivaled will to win. The Rock by late stoppage.

    See that’s what you guys don’t understand.
    I don’t hate Marciano. He had heart, stamina, and the man was a bulldog. It’s just the Rockistas who say he would beat guys like Dokes, Witherspoon, and now a full grown vicious lion, with his otherworldly power, and overrate him like crazy, that are a nuisance. Just because I’m being realistic about him losing to modern big athletic freaks who knew how to box, doesn’t mean I hate him. Rockistas just can’t handle any criticisms for their Rudy.
