    Pacquiao never avoided random drug testing. Your relentless hatred for the man will never change this fact.

    However...

    Carnelo failed 2 drug tests. He's a drug cheat. None of your spin changes this fact. And he removed himself from VADA testing. Nothing shadier than that.

    Pacquiao stupidly signed with GBP while being signed with Top Rank, why? Because Oscar brought with him a briefcase full of cash LMAO!! Can't make that up. Oscar got paid for doing nothing when Pacquiao fight, that was gold! lol

    I love how you ignore facts. Pac was in a legally binding contract w/ GBP. Oscar had the power to nullify and stop the Top Rank signing from happening. He didn't because the parties came to a financial agreement. It was not an ideal situation, but all parties came out on top. How exactly is this difficult for you to understand?

    They disagreed on the window. How is that avoiding drug testing? If Pac had flat out said no to drug testing (like removing himself from VADA testing like Carnelo, for example), then yes, that's avoiding drug testing.

    That's like saying a person who will eat any part of the cow except for the brains and balls is a vegetarian. MORON!

    One fighter has never tested dirty but avoided random testing when he was moving up in weight while keeping his speed and power.

    Another fighter tested dirty twice within three days of each test, proceeded to undergo a hair follicle test, passed with flying colors and enrolled in VADAs most stringent testing for over a year to prove he was clean and that it was infact food contamination as SMARTL lab director suggested was a likely possibility.

    No BLOOD testing but unlimited urine tests 3 weeks out from fight night. 1 week, fight week, is devoted to media obligations, press conferences, and interviews. That leaves 2 weeks to dope? You really believe that Pac would have doped for 2 weeks and enjoyed the gains from PEDs while passing every urine test? Oh, and Pac is on video saying that he believed that having his blood drawn on fight night weakened him in the Morales fight.

    More facts for you:
    • Floyd was the one caught using needles and illegal IV fluids
    • Marquez was the one who hired a PED expert and blew up in size and muscle and limitless stamina
    • 2 of the Mexican fighters in your avatar were clipped for PEDs while the other hired a PED expert and believed by anyone who isn't Mexican to have been heavily roided
    And one more fact:

    You trigged AF, son. This is a thread about Carnelo, but your unhealthy obsession with Pacquiao doesn't change the facts of Carnelo being a drug cheat who removed himself from VADA testing.
