As silly as this thread is, Canelo does get an awful lot of extremely favourable cards. Draw with Floyd, near shutout against GGG, Lara, Trout and Cotto.

while I'll agree that Canelo does seem to always have 1 egregious score which is irks some to say the least, but overall the actual decision reflected the actual fight the judges might not even be necessary in this fight Kovalev is a big strong fighter at 175 and is at worst the #2 rated fighter in the division not too long removed from basically being undisputed Champ at the weight while Canelo is a fighter who has had 5 fights Total over JMW. I know Canelo says he's walk around weight is 178-80 so maybe fighting at his natural weight will make him stronger but i would not be surprised if Kovalev KO Canelo weight divisions exist for a reason.
