As per question. I would like to get a general feeling on this forum on why you think this fight did not happen.

Fury did earn a lot of money and was living a rich life before the Wladimir fight. I watched his videos of him driving expensive cars long before he fought Kilitscko.

I do not know much about his drug ban.

I know from YouTube videos Peter Fury said many times Wladimir would not take the rematch. They must of been genuinely shocked when he did.

Wlad was pumped up and ready to go for the rematch. He really wanted revenge.

Can you imagine what would have happened if the BBBoC had followed the normal procedure (not their normal, but rest of the world normal) after Fury failed the drugtest for the Hammer fight?!
Then Wlad vs Fury 1 would probably never have happened and he Hammer fight overturned as it should have.

If it had have happened as it was supposed to, then Wlad would have had a great chance of regaining his titles imo. Fury would have sleepwalked his way in to a painful loss. And then Fury would have been seen as a one hit wonder and shunted off to the nether region s of boxing, never to return!

Every day Wlad wakes up and thinks that it never actually happened, that it was all a dream, from Fury's Jesus song ring walk to his Aerosmith victory song . Then when he goes to shave his chest and try out some new lippie, it hits him. It was all real.

As for the rematch, the story goes that Fury went off the rails. He stopped training properly, entered one of his depressive episodes and was even thrown out the gym one day when he just started letting Helenius punch him in the face during sparring, then headbutting the ring posts. Some say he was just training his chin for the Wlad fight, others that it was bat**** crazy time in Fury's head. But clearly things weren't too good. They may well have faked the ankle injury or exaggerated it to buy time to get him right. Ultimately the team pulled him out the fight because he was not mentally or physically fit to get in the ring. He also tested for cocaine in this period.

If you followed the interviews around this time, it's obvious he is not right mentally, as he keeps talking about not wanting to fight and mentions being suicidal numerous times, including in the Face To Face with Wlad. Then he didn't show to a presser, they claimed car trouble, Wlad thought it was gamesmanship, but Fury was probably in a dark room planning which bridge to drive his Lambo off.

The truth is Fury was never scared of Wlad, otherwise he'd have ducked him like other people (Wilder, Povetkin for a period). The argument that he ducked a rematch is agenda based. Fury's psychological problems have been pretty well confirmed by now, and when you take a look at his behaviour before the rematch, and his fatness, it all points to this as the cause of the abandoned rematch.

I think it was probably a combination of all three factors. Fury said in an interview about how his head wasn't right - he was sparring Helenius and letting him land clean on his face. Obviously his training team weren't happy with that.

He was drinking, taking drugs and had mental health issues. He probably knew he wasn't in the right shape to get another win.

    Fury a ***** thats why.

He is a weak champion. With weaker fans. And weak fanbase.

    ATG/GOAT my arse.

Fury's own words "Well I got the belts and then I was like well what now? I got what I wanted nothing to fight for anymore"

Then he walks aways, hits the cocaine, tries to commit suicide. He is a serial loser. Worshipped by even bigger serial losers on here, birds of a feather flock together. You are drawn to people that are like yourself.

I support AJ and Whyte and Spong because they are hard working, earned it the hard way, never had anything handed to them, grafted, stayed hungry, pushed themselves to the limit, tried new things, were'nt afraid to fight anyone, no matter how big, or how strong.

Never in a million years would these guys get called out and they wouldnt answer the phone.

Pussies like WIlder and Fury pick and choose who to accept from the top contenders.

Nobody calls out Whyte... unless they are madmen like Chisora. Whyte calls everyone out and they then do a testicular check to see if they are able to fight or not.

Bingo, everything that happened afterwards was him being unsure about his future. He didn't bother training, because he didn't know the ruling of the bbofc. He's a good fighter, but he also got caught and he never truly paid for it.

And which portion of the portion would that be? Then we can take this discussion somewhere intellectual.

It was the other way round, are Ortiz and Pulev PPV draws??? Nah they aint.

They got GPS, they know where to find the O2 Arena, come down, get paid as the main card event, and go home.

Whyte ain't doing an undercard ting, because he no longer an undercard fighter. He refused to go Saudi and be an undercard fighter. Pulev and Ortiz are old bums, can't fly down to UK to fight Whyte, but came down to see AJ and fight Dave Allen. GTFO.
