I've always stood by my opinion that Spence is overrated ever since the Kell Brook fight. Fantastic fighter but not a p4p top 5 material
Spence just fought an extremely dangerous opponent. Golovkin only stepped up once in his career, albeit against a Light Middleweight, and lost.
Oh yeah sorry, I’m forgetting Brook, Rubio and Jacobs. Some serious step ups that slipped my mind and fingers there.
Jacobs and Lemieux were clearly the second best guys after GGG himself. So yeah, he has stepped up. He's fought a top 2 fighter twice, Spence has once. And GGG beat him as well...
Moronic thread and only a moronic poster would agree, in this case the uber moron is @Scar who Golovkin lives rent free in his mind 24hrs a day/365 days a year.
Spence is a very good fighter but he's massively overrated by some, he's certanly not in Usyk's league. i had edging Porter because of the KD and Porter's lost the other 2 times he stepped up anyway snd his other 2 best wins are Garcia who he absolutely dwarfed and Brook who was coming off a career changing beating from Golovkin and was actually beating him until the 8th round head clash. Crawford pretty much shuts him out and i'd by no means rule out Manny now though i'd still make Spence fave.
Who in the hell thought Spence would stop porter? I didnt i picked Spence by ud. No one ever dominates porter.
How about we just agree "All fighters are overrated all the time" and that "We are all just reckless, idiotic Fanboys" and we can push this thread off a cliff with all the other GGG/Canelo and Fury/Wilder threads?
I think GGG is actually the better fighter. Much better footwork, accuracy, atg jab, cement chin, and a much better IQ. If both were the same weight, GGG would stop Spence.
