    there last fight prior was the same opponent. and shockingly pascal did way better. but jacks work rate is probbaly too much for Pascal. will it be in quebec? might as well be.

    Because he is obviously among the top contenders for said belt, and the current champion has no mandatory obligations.
    And it's the WBA's regular belt, so no one should give a **** anyways.

    Perfectly fine with this. Can't see why anyone would complain. Also Jack is a better fighter than Browne he just had a bad night made even worse with the terrible cut he had to deal with. Honestly providing the cut doesn't open up the I think Jack will take a decision here.
