I rank him second only behind Inoue and only because it's been a sec since he fought

 

My issues are that:
1. Cruiserweight is a particularly terrible division
2. Briedis was ****ing him up good

Usyk does appear quite good, but P4P#1? I don't know what you guys are thinking. Loma alone has done so much more -- I don't see how that could be remotely debatable.
