Shawn Porter beat Usyk in 2006. Just saying.

Crawford's best win is Cuban leprechaun Gamboa who was giving away 7lbs in weight and 9'' in reach, was always glassy chinned down at his natural weight against fighters his own size, had been dropped in like 4 or 5 different fights before he fought Crawford, has been dropped in like 10 fights in total, struggled and looked like crap in his only other fight at 135 prior to facing Crawford against Darleys Perez a fight he won via UD. That's the same Darleys Perez who soft hitting Anthony Crolla KO'd in 5 rounds a few fights later

Gamboa has only stopped 2 of his 10 opponents at 135 and one of them was shot to smithereens. Crawford vs Gamboa was a grotesque size mismatch and if he already didn't have enough disadvantages to contend with the Cuban leprechaun fought him in his backyard with all four of the officials coming from the US.

Thirteen years ago. Usyk was 19. Porter was 18. Usyk was bigger and had more experience.

    Just saying.

How did Usyk have more experience when he only took up boxing at 15 and Porter took it up at 4 years of age?

Took up boxing and competing in fights are different. There aren't amateur tournaments for four-year-olds, Einstein. You can't compete in the Silver gloves until you are 10. And even then, there are only a couple tournaments a year. (I know. I competed in them.)

Usyk was a bronze medalist in the European championships the year he lost to Porter. Porter just started fighting internationally that year and had no significant wins - until he beat Usyk.

The next year, Usyk was a light heavyweight. Porter was half his size.

You think Porter is interested in a rematch with no weight restrictions? Obviously both are different fighters today. I’m a fan of both but Usyk is obviously elite moving up to fight naturally bigger guys and Porter is just a good fighter coming close to beating top challengers and coming up short. No shame in that, Porter is a great fighter and a good pro. I root for him every time he fights. The guy has guts and gives everything he has in every fight.

You serious ?? Cruiserweight was the unsung king of competition in boxing when Usyk was clearing up, Breidis, Usyk, Dorticos, Gassiev etc are excellent undefeated unprotected fighters going in losing their 0 against each other..Other divisions including welter are a joke in comparison for match making
