Well I would think Crawford is the best, but hes gonna need to start proving it against these other guys. Currently Pac is the most proven of the bunch, plus the only one them to take down Thurman for whatever that's worth, so I have no qualms with anyone who puts Manny in top spot, I just think he loses head to head against crawford
I want to say Crawford, but he hasn't done much compared to the other people on the list. He fought Horn, Benavidez & Khan. That's a shallow field of opponents. And we all know Pac got robbed against Horn in his hometown. PBC is controlling the Welterweight division and they're freezing Bud out. If anyone is the top guy in the division, it's Spence.
Gotta go with Pacman for me, Crawford hasn't really fought anybody regardless of division no matter how skilled we think he is, Spence/Thurman/Porter/D.Garcia the ones who fought each other all had 50/50 split hairs on who won meanwhile Manny put on a clear UD vs Thurman. Can't lie 2 thoughts i felt myself thinking at the end of last night (1.) even at 40 Mayweather would likely still beat everybody in the division and Mayweather-Pacquiao 2 might still be the best WW fight. and (2.) idk if it's just me but Canelo should try to take on Beneviediaz after Kovalev if he win's he could legit unify at 168 easy as hell as long as he stays away from Smith for now a lot of people would be really mad at that tho.
Pacman easy there lucky hes 40 only reason he loses because hes old an little compared to spence an porter specifically
Dude I don't keep an almanac of my opinions on every fight I watch. I have other **** to do. I had that fight for pac but pac struggled as bad or more so than Spence did with porter
Pac vs Horn should've been stopped. Don't act like the damage that Pac was doing to Horn was far less than what Bud was laying on the math teacher when the fight was stopped for them (Bud vs Horn)
Exactly. Pac know the deal! He only fight people he know he can beat. Let's see if he turn down Spence again.
I've gone for Crawford on the eye test but you make a good point. It's a shame that boxing politics is making this such a difficult question to answer.
