Let's tell the whole story here, not the story that fits Crawford fans agenda.

“I think the [Crawford] fight can happen,” Spence said Wednesday following a press conference. “I want it to happen. I think it will happen. Like I said, it should happen late in 2020 or early in 2021. So, you know, I think it’s gonna happen. I don’t think he have any opponents left, really. And, you know, I have a couple opponents [to fight]. But like I said, I wanna become undisputed. And the only way I can become undisputed is to take his belt. So, you know, we definitely have to make something happen, so I can get his belt.”

yeah its 147, where Spence has only fought at, while Crawford is 3 division champion, thats why Spence is considering fighting at 154 cause he knows that he is nowhere near Crawford's resume. Crawford is P4P #1 and that is because of both being undisputed at 140 and having won a belt at 147. So P4P status and resumes would not matter in their fight at 147? Crawford was fighting at 140 when Spence was already a champion at 147, then Crawford went up and won a title, and had same amount of titles as Spence for over a year, until two days ago, but if its about belts at 147 its no problem, Bud will take the WBA off Pac

Hey Errol, how about a 147 unification fight with Crawford?

Not even if it's on PPV, you're the A-side and get 20 mill?

How about in 2020 or 2021, after Bud starts getting crotchety and old?

Do you ever plan on sharing the ring with Bud Crawford?

Late in 2020 or early 2021..that basically means..let me fight Garcia first, and then I'll say that I'm fighting Crawford after early 2021 or late 2021, and then let me fight somebody else so then I can say that I'll be fighting Crawford in late 2021 or early 2022, then let me fight somebody else so then I can say that I'll be fighting Crawford in early 2022 or late 2022..and then maybe, just maybe when we're both washed up to death, I'll consider it but not actually consider it.

Rather than recycling the same old PBC trash over and over again, JUST FIGHT CRAWFORD or move up to 154 so he can be exposed for the weight bully he truly is!!!

Errol doesn't crave that labour with Terry. Word on the street is he asked Uncle Al if he could pull Gamboa out of the Twink fight and feed him to him instead so he could have another leprechaun scalp on his CV.

Spence doesn't seem like he's ducking anyone at all. Crawford shouldn't have re-upped with Top Rank, plain and simple. Arum and Haymon rarely do business together and Terence should've surveyed the landscape on possible opposition for him at 147 lbs under the TR stable.

I personally don't care about either fighter so I try to view things from a more objective disposition- PBC has a lot of the top welterweights and they can just continue having Spence fight their guys and keep it in house. There's a rematch with Porter, Pacman, Thurman, Danny Garcia and Ugas.

Spence nor Crawford are big enough commodities for Arum and Haymon to try and work together. Not saying its right but unless the money is astronomical, they'll be more than content to let their fighters fight guys in house.

This is more cumbersome for Crawford. I don't even know who he's fighting in December, another guy who he shouldn't be wasting his remaining years fighting against. Terence is already 32 so his shelf life is going to expire within the next 2-3 years. To be fair, while he did quite well for himself at 140 lbs (in a relatively weak division at the time,) he hasn't done much at 147 lbs. Beating Jeff Horn and Amir Khan doesn't scream elite WW although I classify him as an elite level fighter. He should've never re-signed with TR since there's a good possibility he won't face any of the other top WW's anytime soon.

Spence views himself I guess as a PPV star which I don't believe he is at all. But he has been taking on the better competition compared to Crawford, he holds 2 of the 4 alphabet titles and I'm sure he'd want the lion's share in a match with him. i don't know if Arum or Crawford's ego will allow that to happen, at least not right now. If Terence signed with Haymon, he'd have his pick of the litter for at least the next 2 years, now he's relegated to fighting nobodies while Arum makes a big stink about it publicly.

True, but that would be a lost for Crawford! Him resigning back with Arum was a stupid move. He should have taking notes from Pac. Pac never fought PBC fighters either until he left Arum and joined PBC. Immediately, he got a fight with Broner then Thurman once he signed.

And the great Pacquiao is ducking both Spence and Crawford and I don't see anyone saying anything about that.

The great Pacquiao just fought and beat the undefeated Keith Thurman who has a better resume than both Spence and Crawford combined at almost 41 years of age. He has every right to pick and choose who he fights. I read an article today that Floyd is coming back, maybe he can show Manny how it's done and fight one of them. If he doesn't would that be considered ducking? We already know that he ducked Thurman.

This fight will eventually happen. They both need more time for it to make the best business sense. Don’t worry about either fighters being scared, if they were scared they wouldn’t be boxing for a living, they would be deliveries pizzas alongside idiots like you.
