When, in your opinion, did the Heavyweight title lose it's glory?

I would "regale" you on different skill levels, and abilities that most fighters showed from past generations and what's plainly missing in today's fighters..... However I really don't believe you have the ability to understand it. Like most who follow the what's new is best mentality. Ill add this . Of course A2019 Challenger Hell cat is much faster than a 1970 Challenger. But those are cars, and technology. Humans haven't evolved like technology has evolved. Bob Hayes is still considered the fastest man in NFL History, after him Darrell Green , Sanders, B.Jackson. With all the "Modern" training methods and supplements those men are still considered some of the fastest in NFL history. Sure the average Heavyweight is bigger than heavyweights from the 70's but that doesn't mean there were not big men in that period. If a man is 200 lbs and over 6 ' tall with a superior pro skill level, than the 240 lbs 6'5" novice level fighter guess who's going to win? 98% of the time the fighter with superior skills is going to win. It's been proven 100s of times....

But the funny part is that when I have asked guys who make their paychecks training fighters and being fighters over the past 3 decades, they uniformly respond that pre-Liston heavies would have no hope in the ring against modern elite heavies. But never you mind them. I'm going to take your word for it.
