Doesn’t sound right to me. If I catch a sniffle it’s gone in a few days.

 

Totally agree mate. If it’s a fighter tapering down to make weight I could understand it. Shithouse reason to pull out of a fight three weeks before. I used to think Parker was a true fighting man. He’s a tough boxer but no one can excuse this.

Wonder if they’ll throw in Hughie Fury.

At first I thought this was a Spiderman joke in reference to the surname, now just read that's actually the reason for his illness!

He’s been in ring with an awkward Hughie Fury, a very dangerous Joshua and dianabolical Whyte. He doesn’t exactly have a track record for this, if he can’t train cos he’s that ill then surely he deserves the benefit of the doubt? He can’t afford another loss in front of a Sky audience so he needs to be fully prepared for this.
