It was a cherry pick gone wrong. Horn if he was any good would have won the fight to begin with. There isn't much else for him to do if he's to stay at 154-160. It's not ballsy it's just pragmatic matchmaking. They're trying to save whats left of his tarnished career and reputation.

 

He should take his anger out on Horn in the ring.

He has a wife, a kid and family/friends, money also. He really doesn't have to fight anymore, let alone fight a guy who just belted him. He has a job to fall back on aswell.

Tarnished reputation GTFO,Horn has been a class act and despite you and few others asserting that Horn cherry picks opponents,he has shown his willingness to take on the biggest challenges even when a massive underdog,in beating Pacquio then taking on top P4P fighter Crawford in his 2nd title defense when many other fighters would have ducked or dropped the title instead of taking the loss.
Now he's moved up 2 divisions and after such a comprehensive KO loss,has decided to take this pretty much make or break rematch straight away against Zerefa instead of moving back down a division and/or taken a couple of easy money warm up fights.
Throughout his career Horn has overachieved but no matter what happens even if he didn't fight again,Horns place in history is sealed at least in this country whether you like it or not.
He overcame being a bullied kid and his obvious limitations as fighter to become an aussie olympic boxer showing his heart and toughness to ultimately beating an ATG to win his world title in front of a 50,000 home crowd, in 1 of the great sporting moments in this country that will always be remembered.
