Rose takes a unanimous decision in a cool technical match up.

Not only does Jeff take it, he takes it by a stoppage in 12. This Lionel Rose revisionists rise to greatness is absurd. Fleabag is wrong. You people have HIM beating everyone and Zarate losing to. Assinine in the face of history. Chandler chews him up with his counters. He was just better than Rose. Period.

I would say Jeff takes some other versions of Rose, like the drained one who fought Olivares (though not like Olivares). Saying Rose was inconsistent is an understatement. He was inconsistent even when he won.

The version who comprehensively beat Harada, however, was a peak phenom. He gives anyone at the weight fits.

What? The Rose who beat Harada was a beast. He's not getting stopped at all. Rose's skills are certainly not revisionism.

And no one mentioned Zarate, or Flea. Everyone agrees Zarate's a beast too. However, Rose had an excellent (if tight) reign, and a great win over Harada.

Zarate dumps Harada inside 15 also. Leverage into the body. And flea is where all this asian bull**** is coming from. You know it. Admit it. Zarate KO 12 Fighting Harada.!!!!!!!

Asian bull****? What? Harada's one of the greatest fighters ever. I didn't need Flea to tell me who he was.

And Harada is much greater than Zarate.

Rose was terrific and has the better wins, but I think Jeff matches up well against him. A little taller, a little longer, just about as fast and hits a bit harder.

I've got Chandler winning a narrow decision with a knockdown proving to be the difference on the cards.

    Yes. He is.

His wins over Jofre are better than anything Zarate did. And that's before mentioning his Flyweight run, Bantam defenses and the first Famechon bout.

Well I figured if Chandler’s largest detractor on the forum picks him to win a fight...then it didn’t require a great deal of thought for the rest of us.

    PS Harada, WIDE!!!!!
