Would Canelo and GGG have beaten Duran more convincingly than Hagler did?

GGG is one of the few fighters today that could clearly go 15 rounds. Even at his current age.

Lol at comparing a young Hagler to a 36 year old GGG. How about using a young GGG as a reference?

Point 1) Hagler did not fight a great fight against Duran. It was one of his lesser performances despite having serious physical advantages.
Point 2) Golovkin and Canelo probably beat Duran at 160
Point 3) Today's 160 is more like Hagler era 175 because of the rehydration rules
Point 4) GGG and Canelo both have cement chins. At 160 I doubt Duran hits hard enough to trouble either.

Duran might have a chance to outwork Canelo, but Canelo is defensively troublesome even for a great like Duran. His own combination punching is not going to be pleasant for Duran either, especially given Canelo's speed. Golovkin has less speed than Canelo, but he has a systematic approach, an ATG jab and the physicality to wear Duran down.

I wouldn't count Duran out against anybody but I think asking him to go against two ATG fighters who are his era's 175lbs, is a stiff ask.

I'd pay good money to watch Triple G, Hagler and Duran triple-team Clenelo. 3 vs 1. Beat every ounce of the ginger and Clenbuterol out of that boy and send him back to the scrapheap in Guadalajara with his ginger devil tail tucked between his legs.

Well, Duran of the early to mid 80s vs. GGG and Canelo. Hagler fought a very docile fight. Had he been more aggresive it would have worked for him. Hagler liked guys who came at him, but when they sat back that was his weakness. He would go into a shell. He sort of mimicked his opponent. He saw the Moore fight and was leery. He wanted to win on the outside. I think Duran would do better against GGG than against Canelo because of the speed of Canelo. Canelo would try and box Duran and stay away and use his head movement and it would be tough, but I think Canelo edges it. GGG would try to overwhelm Duran and it would not work because he would be in range of Duran and I think Duran would edge that fight, but Canelo would win a decision. I think at 154 Duran beats Canelo

Simply bringing up how their face looked in a conversation about stamina just shows how your thought process works.

GGG beat the **** out of everyone in his prime, Duran like Canelo would do well with him now but it isn't the same fighter

He'd have some kind of excuse for sure. Probably would say something like "I want to unify, or I'm waiting for Ray Leonard pay day.

Well a true fact on record: Canelo is 1-0 and one draw against ggg! Thats a fact! What you think in your pathetic world is another thing! ggg is the one fighting tomato cans and begging to canelo for a fight! Canelo moved on! He will make millions fighting real threads! ggg will be fighting bums for the rest of his career and you will be happy with that
