    WTF... anyone else watching DAZN? WHy on earth would the commentators even disclose this information, that Andrew Hernandez is a full time UPS driver?? hahaha... so embarrassing... Akhmedov is a good fighter, but come on, this is taking it too far.

    That is quite embarrassing to be honest.

    Ali Akhmedov should just demand top fights because his quality is better being matched up with UPS drivers, especially ones that work full-time.

    Well, most boxers have other jobs. Andrew Cancio is a full-time construction worker I believer. Gabriel Rosado was full-time at Home Depot for most of his career lol.

    not every boxer can make a liveable wage from boxing overnight. these guys are on a grind going to work and then hitting the boxing gym afterwards. so, sure, mention that hernandez is poorly ranked, that he has 8 losses in 30 fights, that he's another win for Ali in a continuing succession of matches against sub par boxers (which, to be fair, is common at only 15 bouts). that he's a full time worker isn't the damning factor here.

    I agree with you why disclose this info?? HBO used to do this all the time to the b-side but they did it in a humiliating fashion imho. They would be on this weird high horse

    So what if he is a UPS driver? His job title has nothing to do with his boxing ability.
    But the fact that he has a full time job is what matters.

    Most guys you see boxing on TV have a full time job. So why the **** are you so surprised suddenly?

    And even if you did make enough to live off of, why quit working? Boxers have a lot of downtime between matches. Better to work and make money during those times. Especially if one has a family.
