    No. Canelo never beat the crap out of the top-5 fighters who weren't midgets comparing to him, but got his ass kicked badly by much smaller Floyd.

    His wins over Lara, Trout, Jacobs, GGG all were extremely close and some were very controversial. Hell, he didn't even beat the crap out of shot version of Cotto, who looked like 3 times smaller comparing to him.

    Canelo whooped Jacobs, showed him there's levels to boxing. And I was rooting for Jacobs. I've had family members that had cancer so I have a huge bias for Jacobs. Dude got taken to boxing school.

    Of the rounds I gave Chenko, the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 10th were flagged close, and the 7th as "ultra close". So I could see maybe shifting my 114-113 four clicks around the dial in Golovkin's direction, which gets us to ... (crunching numbers) yes, 117-110 at the absolute maximum for GGG if you gave him a clean sweep of the "swing-state" rounds. (with only the seventh being a true Ohioan battleground). :thumbsup:

    GGG has an upright style that causes him to get punched cleanly. I tend to not score close fights for him for this reason, along with his lack of body punching and more recent attempts to win off of jabbing.

    Seriously, I am getting the impression that most posters here don't know about blocked shots. They seem to act like a thrown shot is a scoring shot. WTF man?

    Can we stop overusing the word 'ROBBERY'.

    "Fans" use this word every time there is a decision that they don't like. A robbery is only when there is a clear winner yet the ther guy gets the decision.

    This was close fight fight. A fight that GGG won nevertheless.

    No robbery tonight. Just an old man looking quite old but still showing the heart of a central Asian wolf.

    Ubering home from the fight now. I didn't score it but was fine with the result. SD won some rounds clearly, but I thought GGG landed the much harder shots. You could hear the difference.

    Would be fine with a decision in either direction. But GGG certainly is not the fighter I saw in this building against DL in 2015. He has lost his legs.

    I feel he did, yes...but I only gave him, for instance, round seven by a cunt-hair...which means on my card Golovkin was a cunt-hair in a hotly contested round away from winning 114-113 himself.
