Is it age, or Banks? A better quality training camp might rejuvenate GGG. He looked much fitter under Sanchez.
Well I think SD’s trainer put everything they could against GGG and they won’t be able to offer more. While GGG will be different, he just understood better his capabilities against SD and will use them wisely. This will be even more questionable if he was sick with flu as it was told.
Sanchez brings out the best with already solid foundation fighters and works on their strengths....don't know the case with GGG but Joe Joyce was really looking good under him for a fight or two. Quality isn't the only thing , is it communication ? this is Banks problem in the corner ,no life ...just low voice monotone instructions ,fighters who are aggressive may need aggression in their corner.
E-Hearn says GGG has been ill all week. Even if that's true, and I don't get the impression E-Hearn's lying, he's clearly way past his best and all the punishment he took tonight will obviously have put even more miles on the clock. This content is protected
I do legitimately believe that Golovkin had the flu against Ouma, nor do I suspect this is BS about him being sick in the last week necessarily, but... It does make a pretty funny-looking coincidence that whenever he is facing a tricky opponent with a style to make him struggle, all of a sudden he's like some delicate bubble-boy that escaped out into the great big germy world and got his precious immune system compromised. Attn:. GGG haters. This is a joke. Do not decide to just take and run with the proverbial ball here and go quoting IB as saying GGG was indubitably faking illness to excuse his performances in either fight.
Golovkin being ill might explain his vulnerability to body shots. I've never seen that before, even against arguably better body-punchers like Canelo.
Accusing E-Hearn of telling untruths is actually a capital offence over here in Blighty and Ted Cheeseman and Lawrence Okolie are the hangmen who will send you on your way to hell lol
Okolie will force you to watch his fights if you talk **** about the great Hearnman. Tell me a punishment that's worse Serge.
Heeeey, I'd never accuse Fast Car of telling porkies! (now, sneaking too many porkpies, on the other hand... seriously, Edward, you can afford memberships at swanky gyms. Maybe do some cardio, lose the budding turkey wattle..)
Yeah but as horrific as that would be is it a worse fate than Okolie's big long horse face being the last thing you ever see?
Eh, if they had fought when they were supposed to I'd say there was like a 40% chance of Golovkin stopping him, 25% each that Golovkin either legitimately edged him or got a gift (with the judges favoring his aggression) leaving just a 10% chance of Lara getting the actual nod.
Judging by his post where he had Lara beating Canelo, I don't think he was talking about official decisions.
