D- Chenko landed more power punches in 11 individual rounds.

Rewatch the fight and notice how many of SD shots were in gloves and elbows or actually questionable and that he wasn’t effective as it seemed from the first time.

Bustajay, the thing with liver shot is kinda questionable. But ref returned favour to SD later in rounds when GGG was locking SD to the ropes and hitting him.

Canelo hands GGG the clearest loss of his career in a third fight. Maybe even stops him.

A lot of those punches were being blocked on the elbows. But since Mora was screaming and wanking off to Sergei's work, it probably came off as he landed 200 body shots.

Exactly why I'm a contrarian. I despise herd mentality.

Compubox says 4 rounds won clearly by GGG (1,2,3,9) while only 1 round won clearly by SD (5th). The other 7 rounds were as close as it gets. If GGG was to be awarded only 2 of the 7 close rounds, it'd be enough for him to win the decision thanks to the KD. If we consider these stats to be factual, GGG by a close decision seems alright. Then again I couldn't watch the fight last night, just assuming Compubox is correct.

Like I said already, D-Chenko landed more power punches in every round but the first. I don't agree with whatever you're trying to say.

    I'm talking about this: https://imgur.com/a/zAJGTW2

Scoringwise; landing more power punches doesn't mean anything if you are outlanded on jabs by a wider margin, which is exactly what Compubox suggests in this case for many rounds.

    7-5 GGG.....115-112

    1. GGG really looked old, very slow no snap but still heavy handed and iron chinned.

    2. Derevyanchenko proves he belongs and imo is certainly top 4/5 at 160.

    3. Very enjoyable fight to watch.

Power punches are generally counted more than jabs.

Correct, Macklin fought a prime ready and hungry GGG that night. That GGG walks through Canelo, or gives him a bad beating !
